An award winning photojournalist, loved Havana. Loved the "earthy" parts at night. The singing, the comradrey.

It's doable, but there's some hoops you have to jump through the same as it's been for a while.

When and if they make it easier to get there, I'll be going.

with museum groups, film groups, performing arts groups, trade groups, educational groups, or Elderhostel.

Due to visa regulations, all of them have to include people to people activities.

for part of our group, volunteering on a church-run cooperative farm. A previous group from our church had homestays.

It's anything where you interact with ordinary people, perhaps people of your own profession or visiting a music school (for a music group from Minnesota) or visiting a movie studio or whatever the focus of the trip is.
