If you were to read a book about an obscure but growing Christian sect

what information about their faith would you want to know?

Would things like their views on gifts of the spirit and the end times be important, or notsomuch? What else?

I'm considering writing such a book, and I would like to make sure that I cover the spiritual bases.

of Christian sect you like.
Hard to write and convince readers in something you do not believe.
I like Christian books where their hypocrisy is shoved down their throats

1. How and where did they begin? Why did they start a new sect? Sects usually start because they feel other churches strayed from the source material. What are this sect's issues?

2. How is the sect structured? Do they live together? How are the different sexes treated?

3. What is the social and economic status of the average member of the sect?

4. How is their creed and practices different from other Christian Churches?

5. What are their politics?

6 Where do babies come from? Why won't anyone tell me? Don't I have the right to know?

7. Is the sect based around a strong, charismatic leader? If so, do you think the sect can survive the death of the leader?
