Eat like Trinity, Morpheus, and Neo. Lose weight and donate.

Is there a charitable organization that provides its members with inexpensive, nutritious food that doesn't taste particularly good? The idea is that members of the organization would lose weight, reduce their spending on food, and commit to donating some percentage of the savings to charity.
