Ben Carson warns conservatives of 'mass killings once again' without resistance to government

Will Schmitt , 9:10 a.m. CDT October 8, 2016

POINT LOOKOUT — Outside the college were the letters "RLM" and a cross covered with American flags. The sign next to them read: "Religious Liberty Matters."

Inside, Ben Carson urged a conservative audience to be strong in their faith and stand by their beliefs in the face of "ever-growing government."

Tyranny will reign otherwise, "and there will be mass killings once again," Carson told a crowd Friday. "The peace that we experience now will be a memory only. This is the nation that stands between peace and utter chaos."

Asked at a press conference how he thought such a grim future might come about, Carson referenced "the whole gay marriage issue."

"Why must they change it?" Carson said, referring to efforts to recognize civil unions as equal to traditional marriage. "I believe the reason is, if you can change the word of God in one area, then you can change it in every area. It's the camel's nose under the tent, and it will just be an avalanche of one thing after the other."

1. I've long suspected that Ben Carson has some sort of slow acting prion disease

It would explain why he has totally detached himself from medicine - not teaching, not consulting, just walked away. And also why, when he was running, the silence from both the medical community and most of his former patients was pretty stunning.

2. What's the body count amongst conservatives from previous mass killings, Ben?

Who's going to start these mass killings? How do gays getting married cause mass killings? Do mass killings increase when they get cakes at the reception? Since all gays want pizza catered to their reception, will the planned "ever growing government's" tyrannical enforcement, of "mandatory gay wedding catering" on pizza parlors, cause the bodycount to skyrocket?

The limo left with your luggage again Ben, and you left your mind packed in your overnight bag.

On the one hand, his forebodings and threats are gibberish. But on the other hand, I saw a picture of him and Jesus together. They looked pretty chummy, so he no doubt understands the word and will of God.

To justify their violent responses. As a "defensive" act.

10. Carson's projecting; he stabbed someone in his youth

Always blame The Other for your own problems, is the conservative psychology.

Correction: Ben Carson himself says he "tried to stab" someone:

Fortunately this failed presidential candidate has always been incompetent at whatever he tried, and did not succeed.
