(21,046 posts)Jesus tells us that his enemies will be cast into a lake of everlasting fire. Matthew 25:41
Ointment for Jesus' head is more important than helping the poor. Matthew 25: 6-11, Mark 14:3-7
For whosoever hath, more to him shall be given, and to him who hath not, from him shall be taken away even that he hath. --Matthew 13:12 (sounds like a Republican to me)
Many more examples are in the NT.

(367 posts)Matt 25:41 If a man after being taught all of Father's truths during the white throne judgment,2nd life mention in revelations, has decided to say fuck you God then he is to die the 2nd death as the earth is renewed with fire and the children of God are born into spirits(Gods ourselves).
Matt 25 6-11 the oil was for Father's only son, to sell it was against the Father's wishes. Father could take care of all our needs in an instance but what would we have learned, nothing and be spoiled children to boot.
Matt 13: 12 It is about the holy spirit not material possessions. In other words the more we the elect or called out ones learn and practice God's laws the more Father gives us while people, like you criticizes the less you are given.

Not that that verse is indicative, modern scholars understand that the gospels are pretty much inventions.

(8,170 posts)Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword. (Matthew 10:34)
and whilst we're at it:
Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division: For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three. The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law. (Luke 12:51)
The later writers massaged the tale of the failed apocalyptic prophet we now call Jesus to fit prophecy; and where that did not work they cut and pasted prophecy to fit his "life". The sole early writer, the Paul of the early epistles, did not even seem to accept Jesus as a real person.
