mostly about diet. This 10 days has me giving up chocolate, meat and unnecessary sugar. (a little local honey in my tea is allowed- not much else.) This is to break the cycle of eating the enormous amount of chocolate I was given over the holidays!

I am also exercising at least 3 days a week.

Various practices have gone on for various times. The rolling resolutions idea came off of that experience.

Diet is hard for me to commit to. There are some 10 day cleanses that have made me feel remarkably better in the past. Poco a poco (little by little ) I figure I can get better.
