The explanation of the relavance of the inaugural Moon's position as plainly stated in the "Test For 2024 Election" post.

First sentence, second paragraph, of "Test For 2024 Election" post - "When the inauguration charts Moon is above the ASC-DSC axis party change can be expected, when it is below the axis, the same party can be expected to stay in the white House."

I couldn't say it any plainer than that.
