SCOTUS Saturn return to Sibly chart WITH CHARTS

SCOTUS natal and return Saturns square the Sibly chart's Mars and oppose it's Neptune (the Sibly Mars-Neptune square aspect I call the panic button). The upcoming SCOTUS Saturn return will thus activate the nation's chart highlighting a rift (fight) between a new Congress and SCOTUS. Please bear with me I am fighting a case of flu and computer problems.

~~I have been trying to upload the chart to IMGUR for 2 days (where I have uploaded hundreds of charts) so I could post them here but the upload will not work.~~
