Alien Planet with rings two hundred times larger than saturn
Saturns ring system would be too large to make the distance between the moon and the earth.
But now a new ring system has been discovered that is actually much bigger and heavier than the very young sun-like star J1407. It consists of more than 30 individual rings, each of them tens of millions of kilometers in diameter.
The study shows that there are large gaps between each concentric ring that indicates the presence of exomoon in the space.
In 2012, Astronomers in the Netherlands and the University of Rochester in New York found the first large ring system outside our solar system, circling a giant planet or brown dwarf star named J1407b.
The astronomers analyzed it from their SuperWASP project, that how the rings eclipsed the light from the distant stars as it passed in front of the rings. Through analysis of the light curve, the true nature of the rings could be observed.
The light curve tells astronomers that the diameter of the ring system is about 120 million kilometers, more than two hundred times as large as the rings of Saturn.
