(31,922 posts)Fennel, carrot, sweet red peppers, red swiss chard and ginger when my A.S. attacks my fingers, toes, and wrists.
It's a miracle food. Empty stomach - the ginger and turmeric hit me quick.

(31,922 posts)It's about three years old now and works just as awesome as the first day I bought it!
I don't use it as a whacky diet - I use it to carry things into my blood that help my general health, pain, etc. etc. overall. It's in addition to an anti inflammatory diet!
