ANCIENT PYRAMID DISCOVERED IN ANTARCTICA

OCTOBER 26, 2020 ARCHAEOLOGY WORLD TEAM

Three ancient pyramids have been discovered in Antarctica by a team of American and European scientists.

Two of the pyramids were “supposedly” discovered about 16 kilometers inland, while the third would be very close to the coast.

The first images of the pyramids between the ice, appeared in the Western media a year after their discovery, circumstances indicate that there may be evidence that the South Pole in the past had been quite warm to be inhabited by ancient and flourishing civilizations.

So far little is known about the pyramids, the team of explorers continues to maintain silence about the discovery.

The only reliable information provided by scientists was that they were planning an expedition to investigate and determine with certainty if the structures were of synthetic or natural origin, but to date has been disclosed yet no official confirmation.

Have seen references to these structures starting years ago. People have definitely been mulling them over quite a while.

these three areas be reserved for all future Trump rallies. You know what? Trump would still claim they were attended by more people than any political rally in history.

So the dilemma that still does not give us peace is: who, or what has created these pyramids in Antarctica? It is a pure invention, three mountains of natural origin, or of a disturbing reality?

In a matter like this 'a team of scientists' will not do at all for attribution.

This seems a good deal more likely:

https://ahotcupofjoe.net/2016/11/mega-pyramid-mania-antarctica/

The photos show a mountain with very triangular features that rival even that of hoaxster Semir Osmanigic’s so-called “Bosnian” pyramid.

And this is no more a man-made pyramid than the hill in Bosnia.

What it is, however, is some cool geology called a faceted spur. Typically, there’s more than one of these and they’re associated with faulting and tectonic activity combined with erosion. They can occur when uplifted rock layers erode with drainages that create the spurs that terminate at the fault scarp, usually parallel to the resulting facet in the valley below. Additional erosion that leaves behind the harder, erosion resistant layers of rock can also create triangular facets. These are called flat irons. The erosion in Antarctica would likely be due to glacial activity passing between the peaks, carving out the rock, leaving behind some interesting geometric shapes.

Not as far fetched as the ones about a secret nazi base and UFOs but I don’t think there is concrete evidence as of yet. I wouldn’t discount the possibility though.

"Some people" guessed from looking at Google Earth. They then say they are just mountains that look pyramid-like.

11. Sounds like click bait based on the blurb as the picture looks like its simply a snow capped peak

that may be roughly pyramid like in shape as it is extremely unlikely that there was an any human civilization in the Antarctica let alone an advanced thousands of years ago.

Looks like natural geology to me from the pictures, not that that’s definitive.

And, yeah, Antarctica being ice free in the last 30 million would mean a huge hole in our understanding of our planet’s history. Humans being around 30+ million years ago would be another huge hole, some other intelligent species evolving on Earth, building a civ on Antarctica that long ago and not leaving any other traces, afaict, would definitely be news!

Guess I’ll wait until someone goes and looks at these things and reports back.

of years ago is the lack of trash dumps.
After all if there were such past civilizations the odds are they would probably have had alot of garbage as well so you would logically think that we would find atleast evidence of their garbage especially because the odds are that they would have generated alot of it before they became advanced.

We are defined by our middens.

Also, a previous advanced civ would have depleted the easily accessible metal deposits. They wouldn’t be there for us to use now.

The only way I can see that such a civilization could have existed without fairly easy detection is if it was hundreds of millions of years ago, such that tectonics would have buried most everything and somewhat refreshed surface deposits of metals.

creators of a civilization hundreds of million years ago?

Homo erectus, the first human ancestor to have a human body form more like ours than like earlier ape forms, was the ancestor of all hominin forms prior to Homo sapiens as well as of Homo sapiens ourselves. He was the first of our ancestors to leave Africa. His earliest date is only around 1.8 million years ago. Although his body form was more like ours, his great intellectual and technological achievements were making stone tools and learning to use fire.

There was a time in earth's geological history when Antarctica had a warm climate. There was even a time, several million years ago, when India was attached to Antarctica. Its crash into Asia is what formed the Himalayan range. But, the warm Antarctic climate and the break away of India from Antarctica occurred long before there were apes on earth, let alone hominin descendants of apes.

Tweren’t no apes that fur back.

As to who could have created such a thing...

Some advanced dinosaur or synapsid or ‘reptile-type’ species? It’s not like I think it was likely or anything.

It would be way cool, though, if evidence was found.

That's what my post was saying.

The "pyramids" in Antarctica are just natural geologic formations.
