I have always been a HUGE fan of the ACLU for what they have done for church/state issues among others. But, I have also heard of the FFRF from time to time. Thats the one with Dan Barker right? Ill definitely look into them.
Similarly I have heard good things about Americans United for Separation of Church and State.
