Here's another funny someone just sent me...

Released at the height of Jerry Falwell's Moral Majority Mania. From the opening lyrics - "Religion makes me sick" - the whole album was a giant "up yours" to American Xianity.

DK member Jello Biafra later teamed up with Mojo Nixon to make the album "Prairie Home Invasion," which was also great. They took the old Carter Family song "Will The Circle Be Unbroken?" and turned it into: "Will The Fetus Be Aborted?" ROFL...

Bad Religion is a whole band of atheists and I like just about everything they've done. My favorite on-topic song is probably "American Jesus."

Another fave, which made me think Bad Thoughts as a child, came from George Gershwin's "Porgy and Bess:"

I especially love their lyrics. They have a great vocabulary and are not afriad to use it. Some of their songs have even forced me to get out my dictionary from time to time
