Our winter in Central Florida seems a tad odd so far, a bit cool

Mind you, I'm not complaining at all, but does it seem that way to you, if you're from Florida too? I'm not talking about Miami or Key West or parts way down south, but central Florida. North Florida seems a bit cool too.
