2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumI can't help wonder what Hillary would say if asked how she helped Walmart's employees
when she sat on the board of Walmart as a corporate lawyer. After all, during a campaign speech she made a vow to make the economy work for everyday Americans, not just those at the top. How did she help the everyday American employees at Walmart?
Hillary asks us to forgive or overlook her "mistakes" such as 1) voting for the Iraq War; and 2) lying about coming under sniper fire during a trip to Bosnia in 1996 while she was first lady. What other "mistakes" of hers are we to forgive under the banner of "only being human?"

(22,308 posts)She is in the bottom 47% on that issue and always will be.
Supporting a no fly zone in Syria
Voting for the Bankruptcy Bill, after she opposed it as First Lady.
Arguing that we can wait to change emission standards for another 20 years.
Wanting to increase the use of corn based ethanol (although that is just a pander for Iowa)
Supporting NAFTA, and TPP etc etc etc. Trade policies in general.
Her flip flop on the Keystone XL pipeline, and calling it a "distraction". I assume that is simply setting herself up to flip flop on it again. She can claim that the things it was distracting from had been dealt with.
Failing to pass Health Care Reform as First Lady.
Attacking Single Payer just to try to damage Bernie.
Playing politics with Immigration
The list goes on and on... Life is to short to try and list them all.

Absolutely not, no way.
