What does that mean? That he's actually angry but hides it, or that he's not angry but others are? And what would they possibly be angry about?

and I was in Vermont when he first came on the political scene. He's not angry, he's passionate. He's got a great sense of humor, by the way, and for many years turned up for the annual cow milking contest at the "Strolling of the Heifers" in Brattleboro.
