Jon Stewart on Daily Show after Chris Wallace's statement on Romney's speech.

After the balloons come down Chris Wallace does a lot of dribble talk closing with "I'm just going to just shut up and watch"

Jon says "You know what? That's a good idea. I think Fox News just found a great new slogan. Shut Up and Watch!"

Yeah I'm old.

They showed us Mike Wallace interviewing famous people on the "Biography" series, B&W movies, in high school.

I don't know this for certain. I'm just assuming it based on the quality of reporting from father to son. The apple couldn't have rolled any farther from the tree.

Wallace was born in Chicago, Illinois. He is the son of Mike Wallace, longtime CBS 60 Minutes reporter, and Norma Kaphan.[1] His parents divorced when he was one year old.[2] He grew up with his stepfather, future CBS News President Bill Leonard.[3] He did not develop a relationship with his biological father until the age of 14.[4] Leonard gave him early exposure to political journalism, hiring him as an assistant to Walter Cronkite at the 1964 Republican National Convention.
