Related: About this forumHow Hillary Clinton's Attacks on Bernie Sanders Backfired & May Cost Her the Election
It just might be that the Hillary's internal polling shows Bernie leading in Nevada;
the reason Rendell and others in the establishment are pushing Bloomberg to run as an Independent ???
This video says it all.
Hillary supporters will not watch this video

(5,668 posts)jawdrop. I won't sit the election out I'll write in his name. Bernie or bust. Hillary made sure of that She and her supporters were supposed to prove me wrong. They proved me right and Banning people like me off the Hillary Board kinda made sure I was right. Like Faux viewers. They don't wanna hear the truth. Or anything except their views. It it could have cost the Democrats the election if she wins. I won't accept the BS this time around that a vote for anybody but Hillary is a vote for the other side because she is the other side.

(39,215 posts)women. Yes, we are going to fight for women's rights but she assumes that we are not upset about the economic mess. Her 1% status has made her blind to the issue.
We are workers - we are mothers and we are poorer now than in the early 70s due to the economic actions of two groups - the Rs and the DLC.
And she does not even take that into account in her campaign. What Bernie is saying every day resonates as much for working 99% women as does for men.
I think the oligarchs thought they could sneak this one in under the guise of the "First Woman POTUS". They thought the gullible liberals would be too dumb to see who was really behind the feel good curtain.

(631 posts)Egotism's finest hour:
The greatest advantage of extremism is that it makes you feel good...because all of the bad things in the world are caused by the people you hate, and all the good things in the world are because of you...You feel good about yourself because you are exposing the truth that only you can see.
Thank you Spifire for bringing this to our attention.

(4,695 posts)next Primary, Oligarchs will run an employee, probably from the Goldman Sachs revolving door, as a Democratic Primary candidate. I really believe that Senator Warren decided to wait to run in a Primary, where progressive Democrats need to challenge a Goldman Sachs/Oligarch Democratic Party candidate.
I believe that Bloomberg is the Oligarch's Independent as he has been through the revolving door from the GOP to the, IOP - Independent Oligarch Party.

(819 posts)C'mon Third Way, just yank back the curtain so we can see who is at the controls and be a little honest about the illusion you are trying to project.
It has never been about us. It is all about the 1% owning us. We have sold out souls trying to lure us into the trap.
It sickens me.

(6,994 posts)now Remember all the talk about Elizabeth Warren and wondering will she run or draft Warren etc.
Well as it turns out I believe the establishment would be down on Elizabeth Warren just as much as they are on Bernie Sanders because Hillary Clinton was/is the chosen one.
The discussions here are pretty hectic but its obvious that many of our discussions are fueled by the Clinton operatives making their home here and there is no doubt that Elizabeth Warren would be treated the same way as Bernie Sanders because its Hillary Clinton at all costs for them.
Wouldn't it be something if (and I think she will eventually) Elizabeth Warren joined the Sanders campaign this week just before the Iowa caucus....It would certainly be the last straw for the anointed one.

(3,919 posts)for the next 30 - 40 years! i find this exciting and uplifting. they are the catalysts for pulling our country's head out of it's ass & this is why it is important to begin the change now by electing bernie. hillary is a sure bet to send the hope of our future to war and not to letting them take over the reins of a country so mismanaged by corporate greed, the planet is in peril.
also, bernie can consider appointing a few millennials to positions in his cabinet and administration. yes!
