Much more serious than Button & Logogate
You need to watch this video from Bloomberg.
http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2016-01-28/sanders-says-he-ll-struggle-to-win-iowa-with-low-voter-turnout
The Clinton people say that they are, in places like Ames and Iowa City, that they are very worried that a number of out-of-state young people may try to show up to the caucus and theyre going to make a major effort to make sure that thats not the case, Hunt said.
Really? Is that what theyre saying?, Bernie erupted. And then it goes on from here.
But being the nice guy, even at the end Sanders says he doubts it's coming from Hillary herself - but from Brock.
This is the crap the Clinton campaign does that is way more dishonest than some people putting on a union button so they can access a restricted area and talk about their candidate. She pulled in against Obama too in 2008 . . . it's a shame it's not remembered by Obama supporters.
Wonder if the media will put this all over TV? HAHAHAHAHA I crack myself up sometimes.

I thought it was some campaign staffers who wore union buttons so they could get into a restricted dining room and talk about their candidate.
I thought someone in his campaign used a logo that he didn't have permission for to tout Bernie's correct record with an organization.
You'd think someone at those hotels would have recognized Bernie. He must be a master of disguises. Cool!

shawn703
(2,702 posts)So you said Bernie sent out mailers and impersonated a union. That's not even something those organizations above claimed.
Who exactly did those things? Do these organizations know the names? Do you? How do you know these people whose names nobody knows are even affiliated with the Sanders campaign?
Name names. I'm waiting.

(20,709 posts)Unless you think the organizations are lying...
shawn703
(2,702 posts)Just allegations that Sanders campaign did this or that. Who on Sanders campaign did it? Why has nobody been able to name names?
I can just as easily allege that someone on Hillary's staff slapped some Bernie logos on some mailers and impersonated Sanders campaign staff to then point and say oooh look at this staff doing this or that, and have just as much credibility. If they don't need to name names to support their allegations, then neither do I.
DanTex
(20,709 posts)You're suggesting that the organizations that issued press releases were lying. Risking their reputations in order to smear Bernie. Very good!
shawn703
(2,702 posts)Reading comprehension is your friend. My allegation was that the Hillary campaign slapped the Bernie logo on some mailers and impersonated Sanders campaign staffers at a union rally. In this scenario, the organizations were duped rather than lying. I can name just as many names with my allegation as you can with yours. Knowing the campaign histories of both Clinton and Sanders and how clean each have run previous campaigns, whose allegations are the most plausible?

Is she telling us that these student who live at these colleges should not be allowed to vote? Even in NE MN we talked about what to do with out state students. What kind of ID they need to participate? I would assume that most states still accept a college ID as they did when I was young.
