And the networks will probably already be speculating by then, simply based on the size of the crowds attending the caucuses.

Assume 30 minutes for attendee registration and procedural tasks.

Assume 30 minutes for the first (viability) round of organization, followed by counting.

Assume (if needed) 30 minutes for second (reorganization) round of voting.

Result will be tallied electronically, which should allow for faster reporting. Assume results will start to come in between 8:30 and 9:00 PM Central time. You'll have a win projection by the end of the evening.
