Let's have a round of applause for those volunteers who will be chairing their caucuses tonight

they are all amateurs and each wants to do the very best job they can.
Some caucuses will have only a few souls, some in the hundreds.

These poor folks will be in the side spotlight of the glare caused by a very close race. Hopefully they can all keep it together and get through the night without any major incidents.

Trying to corral a room full of democrats is not easy.

Complaining about politicians/politics is easy, but actually stepping up to lead and taking on that kind of responsibility with the national spotlight on Iowa is commendable. I applaud all the volunteers at tonight's caucus.
