We will have a handle on voter enthusiasm by 6:30 or 7 pm central. The lines or lack thereof, will tell this tale long before the first round of votes are taken.

As has been states by many supporters and pundits, voter apathy and lack of interest in the political process are key to Clinton's success.

" Polls suggest that a heavy turnout will benefit Sanders, who beats Clinton in polls among those who have never caucused before.

If turnout is low, however, the edge goes to Clinton."
