The "HRC has Iowa won" threads are meant to discourage turnout...ignore them.

The truth is, Iowa is too close to call. If you support Bernie and live in Iowa, ignore all threads here that try to tell you that Iowa is out of reach.

Everything is up for grabs in Iowa. Everything is too close to call. Please go to your caucus site.

Any one of you could be the vote that changes history.

This has been the campaign tactic for a couple of weeks now. She couldn't win on the issues so she's been doing everything to depress people from supporting Bernie (His policies won't pass blah blah blah). Go out and vote.

For posters to discourage turnout to any meaningful degree, a MAJOR number of DUers would have to:

A. Live in Iowa
B. Plan to caucus for Sanders

(10% would be 27,000 DUers)

And it's not just about the Du'er herself or himself. It's about the people that Du'er knows and talks too.

In any case, we've already established that a lot of Du'ers are pro-Bernie. Those of you on the right wing of the party always use things like that do dismiss DU anyway(which begs the question of why you still post here if you think DU is irrelevant, but that's for another day).

It would mean that there enough of them there to influence the perception of whether it's worth it or not to show up at the caucuses at all.

Your responses here have basically been strawmen.

There is no possible way to "show you the math".

BTW, if what I'm saying is absurd, why do you feel the need to spend so much time trying to prove it? If DU was really irrelevant to what's going to happen tonight, logically you'd be ignoring this thread.

Weird thing to say about oneself.

Then again, as any David Lynch film teaches us, nobody is really "normal" at all.

There is no good reason for any stripe of progressive to try to equate activism with "abnormality". The idea that it's abnormal to be politically aware is a right-wing trope meant to discourage political involvement by equating it with weirdness.
