What are the odds that Clinton would be ahead with EVERY update of the Caucus totals?

The perceived status of being ahead all night, if even by just a few votes, is worth a lot in politics.

I suspect that somebody doing the reporting is waiting until Hillary is up to release. NEVER do you have a situation, when it's tight, where one side is always just a few votes ahead. you count, and one side gets a little bit up, then the other pulls forward with the next batch, and so on. You might say this is trivial, but part of politics comes down to accumulating incremental advantages. Being seen as being ahead all night is an advantage going forward, and was probably fixed. IMO, Somebody should look into it.

I watched MSNBC's coverage, btw.
