Microsoft app used to tally votes at Iowa caucus fails in some areas reported by USA TODAY

It does seem strange that Microsoft played such a big part in this with their many glitches in most of their software these days... but this particular one is especially worrisome:

Maybe it didn't work when a tally didn't align with the "predetermined" tally for that precinct. nt valerief Feb 2016 #1
