Promise to use executive action to put some teeth in the rules that prevent this stuff. Promise to hunt down the criminals who perpetrated this "water gate" and prosecute them. Promise to bring federal relief and assistance, bypassing Congress if necessary. And so on. Both candidates should do this.

She could be doing a lot right now, that would help people today.
Yet all she's doing is holding a campaign event.
