Rubio issue?

Other than his lack of experience I have another issue with this idiot.

What's up with the fact that whenever he opens his mouth, the first thing is always about how bad Obama is, followed up by some stump speech bullshit, that always starts off low and slow, and eventually gets louder and faster. I think it's called something, but don't know what.

He does it all the time and it drives me nuts.

a fool motormouth with memorized scripts. Pull his string and out comes the same message. Christie could have totally embarrassed him just then by saying; "Hey Rubio, Obama's not running!"

English is his second language. He can't translate in his brain fast enough to think on his feet so he memorizes.

Which is completely untrue since Rubio was born here. The comment was actually quite bigoted.

He was raised in a Spanish speaking home. He does not have an accent, but he has pattern that is typical of those to whom English is the second language.

Even if the household is primarily Spanish. He's been speaking English and Spanish since he learned to talk. It's not a second language thing, it's a intellectual lightweight thing. He's an empty suit.
P.S. I'm in Florida, seen him come up through the Fl house and senate.

the East coast had Latino communities within cities in the sixties. Children learned English in school, but at home and in the community,Spanish was the first language. Some adults never had a need to use English.

when you grow up bilingual. My nieces are since their mother speaks Spanish as a native language and English as a second language.

Your native language is in one side of your brain and learned ones in the other - bilingual kids have both languages in the native side.
