Average Americans know: Hillary (or anybody else) doesn't have to prove the money...

influenced her/their votes on any matter...because that 'proof' does not exist in any physical form...

BUT...the average person knows that MILLIONS of DOLLARS contributed to legislators are for what?...charity?

Let say you and I are the two teams in the Super Bowl today, and before the game you find out I gave the officials a couple of million dollars for their 'personal' good because they will give pep talks to my team in the offseason, or for their self-managed charity, etc....but their is no proof that I in any way 'bribed' them...

and almost all the calls in the game go against YOU ...

who could see that coming?
