How does one break a story now that was first reported back in 2007?

Did Tucker Carlson go back in time? Shouldn't he wear his bowtie when goes back into time? Doesn't he need to wear a beanie cap to be taken seriously?

and that 99% of them won't remember what they had for lunch, let alone what happened five years ago, and then you scream, use loaded language, have headlines bold and in all caps on your website, anything to sensationalize it.

The cud chewing masses will obediently act outraged for as long as you need them to.
