Oregon. I grew up in SoCal and I got wise I just did absentee from my 30's until I got here.

...mail ballots leave more opportunity for election fraud. Otherwise I would agree.
Whenever I vote by mail I personally hand deliver my ballot to the election office... To be safe.

We've had vote-by-mail here in Oregon for some time, and we have not had any related election fraud.
