Time to "Buy" Obama shares on Intrade

This has been my plan all along as I missed the great buying opportunity this summer while Obama was trading at 55%. Unfortunately Obama has dropped from 75% to 65% essentially overnight. But on the bright side - this is yet another spectacular buying opportunity!

I realized a couple of weeks ago that the lowest Obama would go on Intrade between now and the election would be right after the first debate (challenger vs. incumbent and Rmoney's low expectations contributed to his "winning" the debate.)

One factor which I didn't consider was the Rmoney bald face lie effect. He just went on the stage and lied outright again and again. It served him well in the short term and it is a standard Republican tactic - they use it all the time these days. I should have seen it.

But anyway time to put my money on Obama!

Please list for me the lies. I didn't see it all. Also, I hear he flipped on some positions. What? RBInMaine Oct 2012 #1

they don't take US credit cards. They will also charge you about 60 bucks to get a check to get your winnings sent to you. I wanted to put in a long-shot bet (was at .03) for trifecta of House, Senate, Pres. but was stopped from getting in on it because of the difficulty in trading with intrade and the time it would take to get the account set up. It went to .18 almost overnight. (the trifecta, I mean)

Just read the rules well before sending money, unless you already have an active account.
