I Am Aware

This next phase of the campaign will be filled with surrogate attacks about who Sanders is and what he want to do.
As supporters of Bernie Sanders we have to own it. We cannot let them spin the things I like and want about Sanders into a negative. I ask that we sign onto a Declaration of Awareness.

I Am Aware...

Bernie is a self avowed Democratic Socialist

That he is proposing a lot of new programs that will be challenging to get through Congress

That these programs cost money. That, even as middle class, my taxes may go up

That he is spiritual more than religious

That he is of Jewish heritage

That he isn't perfect and neither am I

I am aware of all these things and support him as the Democratic candidate for president of the United States.
