We live in a casino economy

In a casino the house always ends up with all the chips while 99% of the players end up broke in the long run because the game is rigged. Hillary Clinton wants to maintain the casino economy, Bernie Sanders wants to put an end to it.

Wall Street, in particular, gets away with things that dwarf anything casinos can do.
