How many times do you have to monumentally screw up before you are considered unfit to hold office?

I feel like I am living in an alternate universe where the more you screw up the more you are lauded for your genius.

Hillaryous! Unless you consider the fact that shooting down Russian planes might just ... provoke WWIII... Theere is plenty more but I think that we are indeed on the ... right track...
