I watched a couple of the Youtube videos of Hillary's speech in 1996..

Is it true that when Hillary said, “They are not just gangs of kids anymore. “They are often the kinds of kids that are called ‘super-predators.’ and that we must 'bring them to heel," that she was referring only to black kids? I know..inner city reference....

She did not 'say' she was referring to black kids. If I am being naive, just tell me.

And I ask because, I REALLY, REALLY want to be sure if that is what she meant.

I would say she meant this to be blanket statement covering all kinds of kids. IMO it is not proper to say this about anyone, child or adult. Bring them to heel is outrageous in my eyes. It has continued through the years with "we came we saw he died" those types of statements are just....I don't know.

It's an ugly thing to say to anyone.
I just might hope that 'our side' doesn't turn this into being something ONLY against "black kids." I don't mean Bernie, Of course he won't but.... you know.
