5. Hillary is the front runner so she gets the attacks from the GOP.

Don't worry. Soon enough, Sanders will be the exclusive the focus of their attacks.

Has it occurred to you, whether deserved or not, they just hate her more and have so many years of practice doing it?

Hell, they have first time voters that are looking forward to making their parents proud by walking in as a family and slamming down that "R" and then going for ice cream.

3. Actually, by attacking the truth comes out and the lie of the attack weakens it

For example, see how well the Clintons' and their surrogates' lies and misrepresentations of Bernie and his positions have made him more visible and attractive to voters.

who then responded that Sen Sanders would "be eviscerated by the GOP!".

I didn't respond to that post but I was left wondering why his democratic candidate of choice would get a free pass.

7. In the case of a 1% collaborator, there is the kabuki theater aspect to consider

They attacked Bill, quite harshly in fact, but collaborated with him on most all of their key financial legislation they could not pass without him.
Remember, except on issues that don't cost the billionaires a dime, the third way infiltrators are actually collaborators, the social issues are just there to keep up the illusion of a binary system and also keep wedges firmly in place to assure the rubes, the general population which are getting screwed equally from both, will never wise up and end fighting against each other and start fighting the true enemy of nearly all Americans. The same holds true with the attacks, they are usually focused on the wedge issues and not the trade deals, the bailouts and the fleecing of the 99% in favor of the 1%.

Hillary may be hated by the low information rubes so passionately that they will bring them out in droves, but don't forget how friendly the Clintons and the Bushs are, almost like family in fact, also don't forget that the same big money players fund the collaborator DLC candidates just as they fund the Republicans that work for them.

The true establishment is playing a game to keep us all separated and they themselves only truly hate the real progressives that somehow tend to get assassinated, or ruined in some other way.

Bernie will actually find some support among the GOP rubes, but my real fear is that he is hated by the real enemy, and they don't just run attack ads, they kill people.

I worry very much about him, I am certain he is the most likely of the Democrats to win in a general election, but I am not sure he could survive such a win.

But that isn't what they mean...

They mean that Hillary wouldn't be damaged by the massive GOP attacks,
because of her magical Cloak Of Inevitability!

10. Clinton has been savagely attacked by the GOP for decades...

And Sanders ignored for decades.

Are you REALLY sure that you want to turn this into a 'who does the GOP hate more?' contest?

They'd savagely attack Zombie Ronald Reagan if he ran under a "D".

Without posing heroically standing against a presumed Democratic apocalypse, they got nuthin'.

Even some not so worthy Democrats will also be attacked by the Republicans as part of an all encompassing masquerade we have been witnessing for decades now.
