I think Pres Bernie can speak to the American people about racism and the atrocities being

committed against the black community b/c he will speak from the heart. He will speak to our better angels and he can address the false stereotypes of the black community. There are people who didn't realize the extent of what was going on in the black community. Most people aren't even aware of the prison industrial complex. It's not like it gets discussed on the news. But there are a lot of good Americans appalled and outraged by what they are seeing and learning. To see black teenagers and children executed. To realize that the prison pipeline is used to provide slave labor for the corporations and to think about all of the Black families that have been destroyed by unfair policies. People want this to change and want these injustices to be righted.

And I think he will appoint people who will roll up their sleeves and tackle the problems facing the black community and all Americans.

It is what he passionately believes in.
