and hasn't noticed that he's saying weird shit that could cause problems? Her 2008 campaign sucked, too, and she and Bill are doing a lot of the same things this time.

3. Sometimes I think Bill says the things he does on purpose... to sink his wife's candidacy.

I'm taking bets that their marriage doesn't make it past 2018.

9. Can't imagine... but there is spousal immunity, which privilege prevents husband and wives from testifying against each other.

So, makes some sense when you consider the alternative.

'Til death do them part, then. Guess the book deal(s) will have to wait for the estate lawyers to do their thing...

It seems he's a little peeved that Obama stole his thunder by making a joke out of the "first black president" label.
For not, at least he's got the major economic expansion and a budget surplus.
But, even with that last bit to cling to, he becomes an impeached presidential disgrace next to his wife even if she is a terrible president.
He was pulling that in 2008, too. His dog whistles led a lot of people to, not just withdraw their support, they went to work for Obama.

I also think that in the end what he thinks of women is reflected in the way he has treated so many in the past.

Keep in mind she is inside a bubble. Has been at least since November 3, 1992. Possibly for some years before then. People inside a bubble do not hear or see or learn anything at all about what's outside their bubble. She can't help it. Neither can he. They are saying and doing what strikes them as right/appropriate even though many of us can tell what they're saying or doing is neither. Too bad, but it will help Bernie enormously.

I can see that take. I can also see a person with very little impulse control and a huge ego who just can't keep a lid on his frustration- particularly with the left who he clearly despises. And in my darker moments I wonder if he actually wants to sabotage her.

I suppose it's possible he wants to sabotage her on a subconscious level.

We and the politicians who promise us the moon and know they can't deliver must not be rewarded. Unless I missed a more recent thing.
