Bernie was running for office while Carter was President and was in Congress throughout Bill's time in the White House.

Bernie appears not to know, or at the least doesn't want to acknowledge, the accomplishments of either Clinton or Obama. He only became a Democrat to run for president and is in fact running for his senate seat as an independent! I heard plenty of claps in that audience too. The ones booing were probably Bernie supporters.

Truth is different from insinuation without proof. And the easy migration from facts to accepting gossip as factual is what plagues the Democratic Party and its hapless leadership.

He has to evaluate and vote on each and every piece of legislation that was eventually signed into law by all the Presidents he has served under. I think he has a pretty damn good idea of what they have and have not accomplished over the years.

Bernie is the best Democrat I will have had the privilege to vote for President in my lifetime.
