When he gives opinion he clearly states it as such and explains how he got there.

libertarian, anything, but they tell me they are voting for Obama.

I think Romney got a backlash from his debate.

People feel that Republicans are unfairly blaming Obama for the troubles in the economy. I'm not asking voters for their opinions. They are just offering them to me. And that is what I am hearing. Maybe it's just the voters who talk to me, but that is what they are saying. Over and over, even unsophisticated voters remember the Bush debacle. I'm quite optimistic at least for my area.

9. 'Still says Obama narrowly'

That doesn't sound very encouraging.

A week ago Obama was set to win decisively.

Now he's only narrowly favored?

10. Obama's lead was always soft.

He's still barely ahead, and can turn this around with some smart, bold campaigning.

He needs to go out and own the successes he's had.

11. But a lead at this time of year is significant

And Obama had a lot of momentum coming into last week.

David Gergen even said that if Obama had had a good debate last week, it probably would have been over for Romney, and I think he's right.

That's what's so frustrating about this. Obama has been ahead all year and has come so close to winning a 2nd term with only a month to go and then this happens.

Positive momentum needs to be reversed! Team Obama has to make sure that the Jobs Report becomes the main story - not Romney's latest lies.

8. Nate tweet: Without Pew, he'd have made no gain at all.'

How much difference did the Pew poll make? We had Romney win % rising to 24.4% from 21.6% today. Without Pew, he'd have made no gain at all.
