Romney is now running as a liberal

Romney switched position on the issues and is now running on the liberal policy positions basically admitting the GOP was wrong and President Obama's policy was right all along.

because he is truly more moderate. Thus, the uncritical voter may see him as more "authentic"

Romney taking "liberal" positions on issues. It wouldn't get Obama votes but it might convince R's to stay home.

The guy is so formless and protean he's almost Lovecraftian. I wouldn't be suprised if video surfaced of him taking five different positions on his own name.
