I think Obama is going to maneuver a very fine justice before he leaves
office...even if it is after November vote. We look good to win the Senate
back..and it's only February..we can build lots of incentive for Democrats.

Over and over again the Democratic Party establishment trots out the 'Supreme Court' as the last desperate reason why we are all supposed to get on board and vote for all the corporate, elite, risk averse, status quo candidates.

That's just not going to work for me this time; if Hillary is the presidential nominee (heaven forbid), that is not going to make me vote for her. I don't trust that her Court nominee would be any better than a Trump nominee.

Speaking for myself, I'm not going to give-in to fear in 2016.
