got a female who acted like she didn't know what I was saying. She also asked me if I was a Polis constituent - to which I said no. But I told her that I was a committed and active democrat who felt strongly that the Dems in DC should be helping to fund Powell's campaign. Since Polis is chair of that committee, he shoud be notified if my desires. She said she would - ?????

Received a similarly positive reaction as Alex couple weeks ago when I called Donna Edwards' office. NEITHER of the guys I spoke with said anything about me being a constituent. (I prefaced my discussion with where I live.)
