(5,191 posts)There is a REAL anger out there about the Washington elite and corporate America's rigging the system for the privileged few. Do you really want Donald Trump to pretend he's the one who can fix that and dupe millions of fools in November? GO BACK TO THE PARTY'S NEW DEAL ROOTS before its too late!
DonCoquixote
(13,616 posts)the last thing she needs is a bunch of Latinos going "ok, where is why chance to vote for someone based on identity?" Double this if the GOP rolls out Susanna Martinez from New Mexico, aka Chris Christie with a Spanish accent.

Very good news.
Number23
(24,544 posts)Her "firewall" was with minority voters which she, according to the OPs own poll, won 53%-44% percent. And I think that this poll has some issues as none of the numbers in the racial identifiers have moved at all in the last 45 minutes. It's clear that the poll is still being updated/constructed.
So I'm not sure what all of the "whoohooing" is about. And the piling recs just make this even funnier.
Number23
(24,544 posts)But this poll looks poorly constructed and confusing. It's clear that they're not done putting it together and probably didn't realize that people would already be touting it with only 37% in.
For some reason there are two "Are you" bits that point to race. It says that 12% of the vote so far has been AA but it has 0% for both Sanders and Clinton.

(11,605 posts)In fact--she swept the casinos and the rest of Vegas, the rest of Clark County, and other areas with a major Hispanic population--with a small exception in Reno. Even the plan to have Republican students sign up and caucus for Bernie did not stop Hilary Clinton's momentum.

(6,231 posts)More importantly, who will vote to end marriage equality, women's right to choose, ObamaCare, environmental progress/climate change, diplomacy before war mentality, ending Social Security (you better have kids with money), Medicare, Medicaid to name some of the differences between Dem and repub?
The people I know who would vote for that are old and shrinking in numbers daily.
You better re-think you views.

(52,166 posts)and it would be most likely the Hispanic ones. I did some simple math and if you take .59*.47+.13*.76+.19*.45 you get only .46 which leaves her quite a bit short as she apparently won by at least 52 to 48. She would have had to win Asian and other by a 75% to 25% margin which I think is unlikely.
Why is this a thing being upvoted, as Hillary won NV?
Keep in mind that at least a few of Sanders' % points are thanks to Republicans who commit election fraud;
Nevada Republicans eye electoral mischief in Dem caucuses

(3,765 posts)that's good news for Texas Sanders supporters. Texas is over 37.6% Hispanic, 45.3 white non-Hispanic, 11.8% African-American and 5.3% other.

(11,243 posts)polls are correct. Remember, they are just polls..... The buzz on Twitter seems to be that either the Latino vote was closer than this OR Sanders did even worse in the AA precincts than we think.
https://twitter.com/Nate_Cohn/status/701167317900775425
And also, Clinton won, so I don't see any firewalls "berning" down.

(1,443 posts)by your logic the black exit polling that favored Hillary is also wrong.

Beyond that, I have no idea what you are talking about. All I pointed out is that smart people who do political numbers for a living are questioning the exit polls. YMMV.
