That said, in a small district with a tie score, how would you allocate delegates?

is tired of those who can throw the most money around being the group that decides everything.

I'm not exactly poor myself, and I know I want a more fair system of the electoral process.

...it is ALSO picking ordinary citizens to participate in Party decision making, up to the State level. Don't like the rules that the State Party comes up with for the Presidential Election? Get involved and stand as a delegate. Or start home and whine behind your keyboard.
