Are Nevada Caucuses winner take all or are delegates awarded proportionally?

Also, I should know this but I don't. The totals we are seeing are individual polling site results not the total vote. Is that correct?

Will total vote counts be available at some point ?

How will the 23 delegates up for grabs today be divided between the candidates?

County Conventions are April 2. Going to be interesting,got a hunch we are going to be dead locked till the State Convention.
