Debbie Wasserman on MSNBC - Super Delegates

Ok...someone needs to explain to me (or translate) what Wasserman just said on MSNBC (to Rachel) concerning Super Delegates. She actually tried to explain it twice. Both times, I was completely confused. I'm a pretty bright guy, but I'll be damned if I understood where she was going with her explanation.

First, it sounded like Super Delegates can change at the Convention...then they can change anytime.

It sounded like she didn't want to answer the question.

Anyone else catch the interview?

Why wouldn't the Democratic party want the nominee to be the person who's earned the most votes? "VIP votes," as Rachel just described them, seem more in tune with the values of the GOP.

Either she's not explaining it well or it's bullshite.
