Clinton lost the Latino vote (Original Post) azmom Feb 2016 OP
those numbers may not be accurate based on her wins JI7 Feb 2016 #1
What do you mean? azmom Feb 2016 #4
That those numbers may not be accurate based on her win, up to 5% by the way. Agschmid Feb 2016 #7
based on the actual results it's unlikely she lost the latino vote JI7 Feb 2016 #16

So who the heck is voting for her then? Nevada is 9% black and polls have consistently shown that Bernie is leading Hillary among white males.

So Hillary has lost white males, women, Latinos and young voters yet she still won?

Go figure.

My neighborhood is about 65% Hispanic, and most were in our Bernie group. The precinct went 8/5 Hillary, but most of her supporters were white, older people, many with NEA t-shirts.

I wonder how heavily they polled in Latino neighborhoods? If they gathered most of their data from Latinos voting in mainly Caucasian areas that could have an effect.

I was concerned today when I read that the Culinary Union wasn't doing much to GOTV, they represent a big chunk of the Latino vote and outreach. So I was watching to see what the results were and was expecting a bad showing. It looks like I was wrong.

In the 22 Latino-majority precincts in NV that have reported results so far, Hillary Clinton has won 60 percent of the delegates.

The ones that said that Sanders had won the Hispanic vote seem to come out before the damn voting was even finished!

Now that a bit of time has passed, it seems now that Clinton may have prevailed with the Hispanic vote.

hispanic areas were polled at all- and Hillary won them all. Bernie won all the the majority white areas.

Apparently the way they have been polling there has been a nightmare of inaccuracy and they had some really weird results four years ago too when poling.

pretty poorly any way you look at it. It appears they should have done some more urban polling? Always heard NV is a mess.

Given the size of her victory 5-6 points and with Bernie winning the white vote, I'd have to assume that Hillary did take the Latino vote.
