I would like to express my congratulations to Mrs. Clinton

And now, my fellow Sandernistas, the revolution will continue. It will not end until the oligarchy is dethroned worldwide, and that may not happen until my other foot in the grave with the one already there, but it will continue.

Power to the people. Feel the Bern.

I'm sure I could come up with someone else's words, but I'm gonna put it in my own...

From the time you've learned to walk by taking baby steps, steady hard work becomes a thing of grace and beauty. Just look at what a human being can do to endure ANY race... and win.

That makes me wonder if that movie is playing about a Jesse Owens...

And it won't be over until the oligarchy is defeated. It doesn't matter who wins the election of 2016. The oligarchy will only survive as long as voodoo economics can sustain them. Voodoo economics (supply-side economics, trickle-down economic, Reaganomics, neoliberalism, really fucked up economics or whatever you want to call it) is unsustainable. It presumes that capitalism works without a middle class.

I am convinced that Hillary Clinton, if elected, will be a poor excuse for a president. How could she be otherwise? She is committed to the voodoo economics of Reagan, which are much Robert Rubin's and Larry Summer's as Milton Friedman's and Arthur Laffer's. The smile Hillary has on her face tonight won't change the fact that it just doesn't work. It hasn't for three and a half decades, and still won't be working three and a half decades from now. Let's see, that brings us to 2051; on November 3, 2051, I will be 100 years old, and I really don't expect to be around. Heck, I'll have to figure out how I'm just going to survive after the next President Clinton, if she is the next president, convenes a reconstituted catfood commission and accepts its recommendation to put Social Security on the chapping block. And the ACA will be history after the election of 2018, when the Democrats lose big because Debbie Whatshername Schultz' successor, picked by Hillary Clinton, will recruit and bunch white bread milquetoast New Democrats to run for the Senate and House and no Democrat who isn't brainwashed into thinking neoliberalism works and NAFTA created jobs and Hillary isn't funded by crooked Wall Street bankers.

After four to eight years of Hillary Clinton, we can expect the income gap to have widened considerably. And that won't even be nearly as bad as what will happen under a Republican president, especially if its Ted Cruz or that proto-Nazi with the atrocious combover.

So I will not dare admit defeat. Not tonight, not this year, not ever. For one thing, I'm one of those people who takes meds just to keep from going into a suicidal funk. The revolution is the only hope left. It will go without Bernie Sanders and it will most certainly will go on without me. It will go on until the oligarchs are in the slammer, their political stooges defeated at the polls and government of the people, for the people and by the people restored and enshrined forever.

You're going to be at this longer than I will be, Mr. Robbins, so we won't let you give up that easily now.
