Caucus rules call for translators to be neutral in their support

Dolores Huerta, as a Clinton supporter, doesn't qualify as neutral. Which is why there were people shouting 'neutral' in the video.

The word 'neutral' does not mean 'english'.

I wonder who's idea this was? Regardless, it is so ugly and despicable to be misleading hispanics in this way. Shame on them.
